I thought lets do some coding and
extract the <title> of torrent sites to fetch the torrentname and
link. This is a basic script with no (NO) support, youll have to figure this out yourself. There is also a sql file included with +50000 links enjoy ps. this script has crappy html and crappy css, its simple but very effective This post has been edited by bogaa: May 1 2006, 11:56 PM Attached File(s) devtor.rar ( 824.63k ) Number of downloads: 105 -------------------- |

I did'nt test this script live yet,
but i looked through the code and i see how it works. Only problem is if a
site does'nt have the title of the torrents in there title. I'm not asking
for help just stating a possible problem. It's simple and quick looking
though, good work bogaa. This would have been a good feature for X-tore
but it's probably better as a standalone. |

Bogaa, you create a bunch of random
cool stuff. Why don't you ever make something coherent? I do believe I'm
going to have to teach myself PHP and then take a look at all your code.
Maybe, with a big enough team, you could string together some of your
better ideas. In the meantime, nice work! -------------------- |

I meant that bogaa has alot of these great ideas and scripts spread all over the place. They're all in beta or discontinued, and they can't interact with each other. What I'm proposing is quite large, so I don't expect it to ever be realized. I was just thinking that perhaps a large enough team of coders could take bogaa's scripts and throw them together. Take what works and make it better, throw out the overlapping code, ect. But what do I know? I don't know php, that's for damn sure. I only know html, css, qbasic, and java. I really need to get with the program... |

Of course, i'll settle for more cool features for T-Xore "I only know html, css, qbasic, and java." lol. Well u got me beat. |

HTML, CSS, and QBasic don't really
count. ...But I do own QBasic.com... EDIT: I had the same problem with no title torrents. EDIT2: PureTNA.com doesn't work with this, lol! This post has been edited by Mark: May 5 2006, 11:17 PM |
